Waveriders who are participating in a contact sport are required to take the Impact Baseline Test.  This test is a tool that our Athletic Healthcare Trainers use in their concussion protocol.  Student-Athletes are required to take the Baseline Test every other year.  During testing, we ask student-athletes to bring in their school issued chromebook and kindly remind students to make sure their chromebooks are charged.  For those who are participating in the Fall and have not been issued a chromebook, yet, there will be a limited supply of chromebooks available.  For those who attended Kealakehe Intermediate or Waikoloa Middle School, your chromebook login will remain the same.  For those who may have forgotten their login please see IT or Mr. Chen prior to attending the test.  Students who are attending WHEA/HTA please go straight to the testing site and our Athletic Healthcare Trainer will assist you.  Seating will be first come first serve. Testing takes 30-45 minutes.
